I think this is a really well written piece. It takes a good look into what we are looking for as men.

Appearance is usually the first thing we consider, but once that hurdle is overcome, we’re really just looking for someone who is easy to hang out with. When it feels like work trying to have a conversation, that’s when you know that things aren’t going to last. It’s got to be simple and easy going.

One thing you need to keep in mind is that we don’t generally fare well in conversations that deal with what we’re thinking or how we feel about certain issues. We’re pretty black and white creatures, and the easier you make the conversation, the better it goes.

Keep it simple, be yourself, be honest, and everything should go a lot easier.
