I find your post quite refreshing, and only wished I had some good advice like this when I was still in the market. While I had some false starts, and heart-ache, I finally met a good, honest lady on-line, and am now happly married. Sometimes when you grow up in a small town you don’t really have much choice as the local options are quite thin.
